Regional direct franchising mode refer to franchiser license his or her successful business operation mode to a licensed party (hereinafter refers to reginal franchisee). Regional franchisee shall run this business in a specific region (usually strictly defined in the agreement and shown on the map). The Regional franchisee shall open franchise shops to reach certain business scale in this region in a predetermined time period. Since direct franchising is adopted in this mode, the regional franchisee only reserves the right to operate franchise stores and reserve no right to license this business to the third party. - Regional Complex Franchising Mode

The Regional franchisee shall open franchise shops to reach certain business scale in this region in a predetermined time period. Since complex franchising is adopted in this mode, the regional franchisee the regional franchisee only reserves the right to operate franchise stores and the right to license this business to the third party (such secondary franchisee) to open an independent store.
